The 3rd Lair Skatepark is an indoor and outdoor training facility for skateboarding, inlining, biking, rollerskating, wheelchairs, heelys, remote controled cars, unicyclers and scooters.

The Lair is known world wide for their King of the Groms contest series, which is the largest 12 and under skate comp in the world. They are also known for having a lot to do with the Damn Am series which showcases some of the nation's top "almost pro's".
